Dueling Pigs BBQ Challenge 2023

A smoke off between up to 12 Virginia pit masters to see who has the best pulled pork! People’s Choice judging.
Gate opens at noon, April 15 at Highmark Brewery. Ticket holders get:
- Free samples of the competition
- 20% discount on beer
- Live music by Red Sun King of DC
- Fun activities for the kids and those who still feel like kids
- Judging begins at noon and ends at 3:00 PM.
- Winners announced at 3:30 PM.
- Plenty of free parking!

This event is a fundraiser for SAWs Virginia, an all-volunteer 501(c)3 nonprofit that builds, to ADA standards, custom designed wheelchair ramps for impoverished persons of all ages with long-term, ambulatory disabilities. Our goal is to restore their freedom, independence and dignity allowing them to access medical services more easily, improve the safety of their home, reconnect with their community and age-in-place. We serve all regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion or creed with priority given to veterans and first responders.
