FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
We will be checking IDs for anyone drinking. If you plan to drink alcoholic beverages, don’t leave your ID at home. Even if you are 80 years old. Children under 16 are free and do not need a ticket. Age 16 years and older will be charged for a DD ticket.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We have parking in a field about 1/4mile down the road. Attendees may walk (burns calories) or take the wagon shuttles we will have running continuously. We also have transportation in golf carts for anyone requiring handicapped assistance.
What can I bring into the event?
Coolers to take home leftovers, blankets, and chairs may come into the event. (We have seating but we will also have a lot of people, bringing something just in case no chairs are available is a good idea.) Outside alcoholic beverages are illegal and NOT allowed.
What’s the refund policy?
Refunds will be issues up until 30 days before event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, but it is helpful and makes things faster.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes. If the person you send in your place can present your ticket and/or give us your name (since ticket will be in your name), they may enter.
