Our goal is to bring together all resources from Federal, State, and local levels with the intent of eliminating Veteran Suicide.
This event will feature breakout sessions with various topics such as:
• PTSD/Substance Abuse
• Homeless Program/Peer Support
• Whole Health/Community Engagement
• Suicide Prevention/Veteran Service Officers
• Military Sexual Trauma / Chaplain
• LGBTQ+ /Women’s Health
You will also have the pleasure of hearing from various key speakers including:
• Terry Prince, Director, Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs
• Kyle Inhofe, Deputy Director, Veterans Crisis Line
• Jerry Beyer, (former Coroner), McCracken County
• Dr. Sarah Patrick, Illinois Department of Public Health, Violence, and Injury Prevention
