About Homeward Bound Veterans
Recognizing the urgency of immediate needs, we prioritize various stages of housing and connecting Veterans to the services they need to thrive. Addressing these fundamental needs creates a stable foundation for our veterans to rebuild their lives.
At Homeward Bound Veterans, we assist our homeless veterans. First, a Volunteer Veteran Advocate meets with the veteran 1 on 1 to asses their situation and direct them to the necessary assistance. We help the Veteran complete the DD 214 documentation, obtain any required medical records, provide immediate needs, and provide housing options for up to one year. We are a national non-profit organization started and run by veterans who understand the unique challenges facing veterans today.
