Florida Gulf Coast University’s Institute for Entrepreneurship is facilitating a FREE program for Veterans in conjunction with four other Florida Universities called Veterans Florida Entrepreneurship Program. The three-phase program is funded by the governor, and will enable veterans to start their own businesses in Southwest Florida with the help of FGCU faculty and mentors from within the local community.

Veep is a comprehensive Entrepreneurship training program and  will included:

(Phase 1  March 15 – May 3) Online Entrepreneurship training using the lean startup method!

(Phase 2 May 7-8, 14-15, 20-22) On-site training from business experts.

(Phase 3 Continuous) Outgoing mentor ship from local Community mentors and FSBC!

Become a participant or mentor! Program is free for qualified veterans:

* Active Duty/Honorably Discharged

*Reside or plan to locate in Florida

*Plan on building a business
