April 10 @ 9:00 am - 6:30 pm EDT

Accredited Certificate in Beauty Nutrition | 1-Day Training (8CE/CPD elig.)

Skin is not a stomach! Learn to help your clients feed their skin from within with a holistic nutrition approach.

About this event

Skin is literally built, repaired, & maintained by the nutrients it is fed daily. There are no neutral foods – every bite is either building healthy skin cells and structural proteins (think collagen), or it’s destroying them.

  • Is your knowledge of skin nutrition based on vitamin supplements and collagen powders?
  • Do you want to help others eat their way to better skin (but there’s so much overwhelming and conflicting advice floating around on IG and paid influencer blogs)?
  • Are you aware that the diet some people eat is actively ageing and destroying the health of their skin?
  • If a client asked you to create a meal plan to rehydrate their skin and make it healthier, would you even know where to start?

This is your chance to learn (and earn a new qualification at the same time)!

  • Learn the wholefood holistic nutrition approach to skin health (no gross marketing gimmicks or supplements needed, promise!)
  • No more confusion – this program is based on peer-reviewed independent science research (NOT company sponsored opinions). We have read 100s of science papers, so you don’t have to. You’ll be able to enjoy learning in a fun and relaxed atmosphere knowing that everything you’re being taught has been triple fact checked. And yes, we even include references as well.
  • You’ll learn how healthy skin is built not only from nutrient intake, but also how certain dietary patterns and foods can harm and age the skin. You’ll be able to educate your clients how NOT to undo all their hard work!
  • After passing the final exam at the end of the day, you’ll have earned the title of Certified Beauty Nutrition advisor and receive a signed certificate of completion. We’ll also give you your very own Practitioner Toolkit which includes meal plan templates, suggested shopping lists, and our tried-and-true recipes. You’ll have everything you need to start working with your beauty nutrition clients!

During our time together in this one-day class, we’ll cover the following topics:

  1. The skin’s system of repair, regeneration, rejuventation, and nourishment work, as well as the link between diet and skin health.
  2. The 5 Skin-Health Biochemical Pathways: Glycation, Malnutrition, Inflammation. Hydration, and Oxidation.
  3. The EXACT nutrients required for skin health – no supplements needed: Skin vitamins, skin minerals, fiber, fats, proteins & amino acids, carbohydrates, water, and phytochemicals.
  4. We’ll travel way beyond the typical kale and quinoa diet (although we do love them!) and beauty advice and expand your knowledge with multiple essential beauty foods and their unique skin-beautifying properties: Fruits and veggies, botanicals and superfoods, nuts, seeds, and gluten-free grains.
  5. And I know you’ve heard the term “eat the rainbow” – but what does that even mean? We’ll cover what it means to eat the full color spectrum, why it’s important for skin health, and what those colors secretly mean.
  6. You’ll put your new knowledge to the test and dive into nutritional software to start learning to analyze your own diet to see how beautifying it is. Using our templates, charts, and beauty food pyramid (and yourself as your own test subject), you’ll be able to analyze your baseline diet, then adapt it to more of a beauty diet. I promise, it’s cool stuff.

You’ll qualify in just 1 day and earn a minimum of 8 CE/CPD points for your professional files.

We’ll end the day together with a short exam and instructions to claim your shiny new Certificate in Beauty Nutrition Fundamentals, accredited by IPHM ((International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) and the IGCT (International Guild of Complementary Therapists). If you aren’t aware, this means a 3rd-party organisation has reviewed our course materials and verified them as being of a suitable standard for a practitioner.

As a graduate YOU will be eligible to join IPHM and IGCT and be listed on their register and you’ll have access to deals on your professional indemnity insurance.

Along with your certificate, you’ll also receive a digital graduation pack with everything you need to be a successful Beauty Nutrition Advisor:

  • Practitioner handbook
  • Beautify Your Skin (ebook for your clients)
  • Beauty Nutrition Skin-Health Checklist
  • Beauty Diet Guide & Meal Plan Examples
  • Beauty Food Factsheets
  • Nutritional data for each beauty food
  • Skin ‘Hydration Station’ Guide
  • Beauty Food Shopping Lists
  • Beauty Nutrition Recipe E-book
  • Links to curated Pinterest recipe boards

**We reserve the right to change the date, time, location, or reschedule this event due to unforeseeable circumstances, which may include, but is not limited to illness, venue availability, acts of God, etc. If we cancel this event, you will have the option receive a full refund or transfer your ticket to another event date. Our full terms and conditions for SNI Programs are available here.

**Because I am a super introvert and thrive in smaller groups, please note there are only 15 spaces available for each session. Saying there are limited spaces available isn’t a marketing tactic for me – I have been in this space for about 10 years with group programs and found this to be the optimal group size to allow for maximum student-educator interaction and comfort levels on both sides.

I look forward to working with you!

To your infinite abundance,

xo A
