This workshop focuses primarily on two types of legal organizational structures – the corporation and LLC, along with the advantages and disadvantages of each, as well as how partnerships and sole proprietorships compare.

Harry Duffield is a SCORE mentor who offers clients his experience in accounting and finance. He is a retired CPA experienced with real estate developers in the San Diego area. He has owned and operated a CPA practice which conducted audits, reviews and compilations, and prepared income tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, nonprofits, and estates.

Richard Sheridan is a SCORE mentor. He is an Attorney and Business Executive who spent much of his career as General Counsel and Executive VP of a large healthcare company.
