About this event

Do good. Feel good. Have a beer for a cause.

Join us for a 60-minute, all-levels yoga class inside Clover Road Brewing at the old firehouse in Ashland.

By rolling out your mat, you’ll be supporting Warrior Within Yoga Project, a Massachusetts-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings free, trauma-informed yoga to veterans, service members, first responders, and their families. Proceeds from this event directly fund those programs—helping reduce stress, build resilience, and strengthen community connections.

Your presence also matters beyond the class. These events are designed to bridge the gap between military/first responder and civilian communities—because when we come together, everyone is stronger.
