Dirt Track Veterans (DTV) is a nonprofit organization rooted in Stark County, OH, dedicated to supporting military veterans through peer-led initiatives focused on resilience and mental health. We foster a sense of community and camaraderie through the love of motorsports, bringing veterans together to share their experiences and challenges. At DTV, we understand the unique struggles our heroes face and strive to provide a safe space where they can find hope, healing, and support from those who have walked similar paths. Together, we work to strengthen the fabric of veteran lives and promote lasting well-being. Our programs are:

• VetPass: VetPass, a signature initiative of DTV, provides veterans with complimentary access to motorsports events. This program is designed to give veterans a chance to enjoy thrilling race experiences as spectators, connecting them with their local community and fellow veterans.
• Drive to Victory Fund: The Drive to Victory Fund is an initiative aimed at helping veterans pursue their passion for racing by providing financial assistance for essential racecar parts and safety equipment. We believe that every veteran should have the opportunity to experience the thrill of the track, regardless of financial barriers. Through this program, eligible veterans can receive funding to cover the costs of crucial racing gear, from helmets and fire suits to engine components and tires.
• Heroes’ Welcome Kit Project: The Heroes’ Welcome Kit Project is dedicated to supporting newly discharged veterans as they transition back into civilian life. Each kit is thoughtfully assembled with essential items, comfort goods, and valuable local resources tailored to meet the unique needs of veterans.
• Got Your 6 Program: The Got Your 6 Program is dedicated to ensuring no veteran is left behind. Whether it’s helping veterans navigate the challenges of civilian life, connecting them to resources, or providing a listening ear, Got Your 6 is about having each other’s backs—just like in the service. The program also organizes peer-to-peer support groups, mentorship opportunities, and group activities for veterans in need. Additionally, through Got Your 6, we connect veterans with Peer Certification Training opportunities to help them build workforce skills.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS:

Singles Tournaments: Individuals compete against each other, with the top scorer declared the winner. **This tournament is not sanctioned and is just for fun** Food and drinks will be for sale to support Thunder in the Alley, who are graciously allowing us to rent out the entire alley for our tournament. Mini Crumbl Cookies will be available for attendees.
