Our Accomplishments

As a community-based, HUD-approved housing counseling agency, we served over 2000 families in FY2024 and more than 20,000 households, since our 2002 inception.

• Provided homebuyer education to over 6,500 households; 5,200 of which purchased their first home

• Improved the financial capabilities of over 10,000 people by providing financial literacy education

• Facilitated the sustainment of over $700,000,000 in tax revenue by assisting over 3,500 homeowners with foreclosure prevention and loss mitigation counseling.
