FITNP2 Vet Chat is a women veteran peer support group hosted in collaboration with Endeavors.
The purpose of the Vet Chat is to improve the quality of life for women veterans, help build a network of friends and intimate relationships, and provide the framework for a strong social support system based on a common bond of military service.
There will be special presentations on the following:
-Mental Health Affirmations
-Fun Fit Cardio
-Mindfulness
-Mental Health Awareness
-Skin Care
Raffles, lunch served, and child care provided
