Traditions Aboard
Explore Intrepid’s historic spaces and find out how crew members celebrated special occasions with their fellow sailors.
All visitors must follow the Museum’s health and safety guidelines. Following the City of New York’s Emergency Executive Order No. 225, all visitors 12 years of age and older must provide proof of at least one vaccination shot against COVID-19, as well as identification, before entering the Museum. Please bring proof and ID with you to the program. Please visit here or review the FAQ below for a list acceptable forms of proof of vaccination and ID.
More details about health guidelines and policies will be sent to all registrants ahead of the program, along with the social narrative. In the meantime, learn more here: intrepidmuseum.org/onboard-with-safety.

These programs are also supported by the Craig Newmark Philanthropic Fund. The Museum’s education programs are supported, in part, by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.
