Are you an active military spouse or caring for a disabled veteran? We have a FREE self-care style event for you to show our appreciation!
For the first time in this region, we will be sponsoring a Military Spouse Appreciation event to honor the unsung heroes that support our current service members and disabled veterans.
This “self-care” vibe afternoon is specifically designed for and is 100% complimentary for active military spouses and disabled veteran caregivers. Registration will be open to the first 200 spouses/caregivers respondents.
On-premise activities and highlights include the following:
• Chair massages
• Taco truck
• Haircuts & hair styles
• Prize drawings for lucky winners
• Gentle yoga/meditation sessions – including beginners! (special yoga mats to take home with you)
• Rotating presentations – easy meals cooking, personal journaling, benefits for military families
• Wellness checks and guidance from health professionals
• Gift bags with free items for all
• Mini Job Fair – employers who support military spouse/care givers lifestyles
• Service organizations – to assist with your needs following the event
• Kid “craft kits” to go – to share when you get home
