Calling all animals lovers, the Jacksonville Humane Society has the program for you!
The Jacksonville Humane Society’s Paws & Stripes Academy is a FREE job skills training program in the Animal Care and Enrichment industry exclusively for military veterans and spouses.
Join the Jacksonville MSPN on Tuesday, January 24 at 5PM at the Jacksonville Humane Society to learn more about the 4-week training program designed to provide real-world knowledge and experience that can be applied to a number of jobs in a growing career
Academy graduates will receive a certification to help with job placement, along with the opportunity to network and interview for open positions with our many partners including the City of Jacksonville’s Animal Care & Protective Services, First Coast No More Homeless Pets, K9s for Warriors, Pet Paradise, VCA Animal Hospitals, and others.
