General work description: Bridge Replacement on existing alignment with approximately 650 linear feet of
roadway reconstruction with HMA over AB and approximately 600 feet of cold plane.
Granite Construction Company (Granite) is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to pipe supplier, drainage systems supplier, storm water systems supplier, construction staking, construction area signs, traffic control system, temporary railing (type k), reset, relocate, adjust, modify roadway items, plane asphalt concrete, remove bridge item, clearing & grubbing, highway planting, soil amendments, hydroseeding, erosion control, temporary erosion control, landscape care and maintenance services, concrete pumping, penetration treatment & prime coat, groove & grind concrete pavement, furnish & drive piling, drilled hole, prestressing concrete cast-in-place, joint seal – water stop, reinforcing steel, roadside sign, lumber & timber, reinforced concrete pipe, rock slope protection (rsp), concrete curb & sidewalk- misc, misc iron & steel frame, cover & grate, misc bridge metal, saw cutting, paint and stain concrete, fencing,
temporary fencing, metal railing (include handrailing, cable railing, bicycle railing), concrete barrier (permanent) (all concrete barrier types), crash cushion, thermoplastic traffic striping & marking, painted traffic striping & marking, remove pavement marking & traffic stripes, pavement marker, pavement profiling, environmental – acoustic/noise studies, lead compliance, swppp planning, biological resources studies, street sweeping truck, trucker broker, landscaping contractor, construction equipment rental, demolition, construction staking (surveying)
The DBE Contract goal is 17 percent. Federal-aid project no.: BHLS-5910 (081)
The estimated cost of the project is $13,000,000.00

Firms must possess & provide current contractor’s license number & DIR Registration number on the quote. No Contractor or Subcontractor shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, unless currently registered to perform public work with the Dept of Industrial Relations https://efiling.dir.ca.gov/PWCR/Search.action
Granite Construction Company (Granite) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Granite will pay for bond premium up to 1.5%.
