Greetings, potential sponsors and exhibitors!

Your generous support keeps the registration cost for Small Farm School low, helps cover equipment, rental costs, and compensates farmer presenters for their valuable time. Your support also helps in providing scholarships to military veteran farmers, BIPOC farmers, students, and others needing financial support to attend the event.

This year’s event will take place September 11th at Clackamas Community College, Clairmont Hall, in Oregon City. Planned workshop topics include Vegetables, Livestock, Soil Health, Fruit Trees, Farm Business and Marketing, Mushrooms and more.

You can register to sponsor and/or exhibit by clicking the ‘Reserve a Spot’ button. You will receive a confirmation email, and sponsors will receive a later email with a code to sign up for classes when registration opens in early August. Please note that this form is for sponsoring and exhibiting only, if you are interested in registering for classes but not sponsoring, hang tight until registration opens in early August.

If you choose to be an exhibitor:

On the day of the event, exhibitors can begin set-up at 7:00 a.m. The welcome address is at 8:00 a.m. and classes begin at 8:30 a.m. Tables can be taken down after lunch. The exhibitor area must be cleared by 5:00 p.m. Tables can be provided for all exhibitors. Exhibiting is free for nonprofits! You can register by clicking the ‘Nonprofit Exhibitor’ button, which will be shown after you click the ‘Reserve a Spot’ button.

Sponsorship Packages include:

Name in program, promotion on Small Farm School Facebook and Instagram pages, and logo and link on the Small Farm School website and, depending on donation amount, SFS registrations as follows:

• Egg ($150-$349) One Small Farm School Registration with lunch included (code will be emailed to you).
• Rooster ($350-$599) Two Small Farm School Registrations with lunch included (code will be emailed to you).
• Hen ($600-$999 Three Small Farm School Registrations with lunch included (codes will be emailed to you).
• Flock ($1000+) Four Small Farm School Registrations with lunch included (codes will be emailed to you).
