Veteran Fitness and Fellowship | Workout and Social

Are you a military veteran or currently serving?

Have you been looking for a way back into the gym?

Or are you a hard-charger but you miss the camaraderie of group fitness?

Team RWB, Merging Vets and Players (MVP) & Chicago Veterans invite you to make PT cool again! Iron Flag Fitness, the western burbs best-in-class facility has opened its doors to us!

Doors open at 11am. Meet, greet, stretch, enjoy light snacks and coffee and engage fellow veterans. Workout starts at 11:30 and will run for 35-45 mins. Fellowship immediately after.

All fitness levels are encouraged and welcomed. Following the workout, we’ll cool down, socialize and connect. Veteran supporters are also welcome…bring your battle buddy, spouse, partner. (Workout is capped at 40, but spectators, family and friends are welcome to support!)
