The Reveille & Retreat Project and Healing Reins are committed to supporting military women’s mental health, offering a comprehensive, trauma-informed approach to healing that honors their unique experiences and fosters growth and transformation.
Come join us at Healing Reins Equine Assisted Services for a rejuvenating experience surrounded by nature and our gentle therapy horses. This in-person, overnight event offers a unique opportunity to connect with these majestic animals and find inner peace through various equine-assisted therapy.
*If you have come to a Reveille and Retreat Project retreat within the last year, you’ll be put on the waitlist as we’d like for new women to experience a retreat.
*No drugs or alcohol during the retreat.
*Travel is not covered to and from the event. Lodging, food and activities are covered.

Day 1: Friday – Arrival & Grounding

3:00 PM | Opening Circle & Intentions Setting
5:00 PM | Guided Body Movement & Energy Flow Session

7:30 PM | Sharing Circle
Day 2: Saturday – Immersing in Healing Activities
7:30 AM | Morning Yoga with goats.
8:30 AM | Breakfast
10:00 AM | Horse Stories/Walk & Lead/Grooming-Connection with the horses

7:30 PM Piano Music/Dance Release/ Letter Burning Ceremony
Day 3: Sunday – Closing & Integration
7:30 AM | Mindfulness & Body Movement

9:30 PM | Creative Expression through Painting with your Horse

1:00 PM| Revealing of Art & story sharing
