McKinney St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Run 5k – TUPPS Brewery – McKinney Texas

🍀The McKinney Shamrock Run 5K kicks off at TUPPS Brewery at 9:00 am! Race around the McKinney Cotton Mill to the finish line where you’ll receive your lucky finishers medal!
🍀Tickets for the Shamrock Run 5k are $30 and include entry into the chip timed racecourse, Shamrock Run 5K t-shirt, custom Shamrock Run bib, and an awesome finishers medal! A portion of event proceeds supports The Warrior’s Keep! Pricing will increase as we get closer to the event! (Medals have been ordered! Be sure to register early to secure yours!) *T-shirt size cannot be guaranteed with any registration made after noon on February 24th.
🍀Festivities include local vendors, Irish food, GREEN TUPPS beer, costume contests, a Shamrock Photo booth, and entertainment on the Prestige Community Credit Union stage featuring: Live Irish music by The Rogues and Irish Dancing! The event is family friendly!
🍀 CASH prizes will be awarded to the Top Overall Males and Females: First Place ($100), Second Place ($50) and Third Place ($25) AND the First Place Stroller Strider ($25). PLUS awards for the top male and female finisher in the following age groups: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over! The Awards Ceremony will take place at 9:45am!

When is packet pickup?
Packet pickup is Tuesday, March 8th, 4pm-7pm AND Wednesday, March 9th, 4:30pm-6:30pm. Academy Sports and Outdoors in McKinney! 1720 W University Dr, McKinney, TX 75069.
Can I pick up someone else’s packet?
Yes, you can pickup packets for others. Please note that packet pickup is separated into 4 lines. A-F, G-M, N-S, T-Z If the people you are picking up for has a last name in a different line you will have to get into that line after picking up your bib. To pickup packets you need the email confirmation. (No need to print- just show us the barcode in the email.)
How early can I arrive on race day?
You can arrive as early as 7:45am. The 5K begins at 9am!
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, friendly dogs on a leash are welcome to participate in the Shamrock Run 5K.
Do children need to register?
Anyone walking/running the Shamrock Run 5k who is not being pushed in a stroller should pay the registration fee to participate.
Where do I park?
Parking is available at The McKinney Cotton Mill parking lot and in the field at TUPPS Brewery. Email communication is sent out race week with instructions on where to park.
Can I volunteer?
Yes! The event needs volunteers at packet pickup! Please email us at le*******@************ty.com for volunteer opportunities. We provide volunteers with free tickets to the Shamrock Run 5K for their time volunteering!
