The event will be held from 9am to 5pm at the Mo City Fitness and Sport facility located at 445 Murphy Rd #600 Stafford, TX 77051. Bring the entire family to celebrate living a healthier lifestyle and network with fitness trainers/instructors, speakers, serval vendors, raffle giveaways, hear great speakers and receive awesome resources during this event. Those in attendance will also receive health screenings and more.
