WARRIOR AND HER TRUTH VETERANS’ WELLNESS EXPO VENDOR REGISTRATION

Calling all vendors and wellness pros to connect, share, and bring your best to this epic vendor meetup!

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor for the Warrior & Her Truth Wellness Expo in honor of Suicide Awareness Month. We are excited to partner with businesses, organizations, and community resources that support health, healing, and wellness within our community.

Please note the following:

• Vendor registration fees are nonrefundable.
• Vendor spaces are reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis.
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own displays, signage, promotional materials, and any additional setup items needed for their exhibit unless
• otherwise noted. Warrior And Her Truth will provide one table and 2 chairs for each registered vendor.
• Vendor setup begins at 8:30 AM. Doors will open to vendors at 8:30 AM for table setup. All vendors should be fully set up and ready prior to the start of the event.
• Only vendors providing hands-on services, demonstrations, or interactive activities are required to provide proof of insurance. This includes, but is not limited to, massage therapy, acupuncture, fitness instruction, yoga, chiropractic services, and similar wellness activities.

These vendors are required to upload a current copy of their business liability insurance as part of the registration process. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their insurance coverage is appropriate for the services they provide.

• Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, licenses, and permits required for their business operations.
• Warrior & Her Truth reserves the right to approve all vendors to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and purpose of the event.

Your participation helps support the mission of Warrior & Her Truth and our continued efforts to provide trauma-informed wellness programming, suicide prevention awareness, and holistic wellness opportunities for veterans, military families, and the community.
