WHERE? Merri-Makers Caterers at The PNC Reception Center in Holmdel, Exit 116 off the Garden State Parkway.
REGISTRATION? Table registration fee is $200, for a 6ft table with two chairs.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO YOUR EMPLOYEES FOR REGISTERING?  For a period of six months commencing on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 through May 9, 2012,  Dr. Ronen Rotem will donate 5% of all proceeds of all dental work (excluding initial visit x-rays & cleaning) to the National Guard State Readiness Council of New Jersey.  The purpose of this organization is to help the families of our hometown heroes who are deployed and have had to leave jobs or businesses behind leaving little financial support for their families.  For information on the practice of Dr. Rotem visit: www.drrotem.com
