Veterans Appreciation Day Set For August 20th
The VFW Post 1989, Veterans Affairs Office and the Register & Recorders Office will again sponsor Veterans Appreciation Day on Aug. 20 from 1 to 4 p.m.
There will be a presentation of colors, informational booths, remarks from veterans, local entertainers, food, fun, and games.

All veterans, spouses and children are invited. Anyone wishing to donate prizes or baskets for giveaways, call Brenda Stormer at (724) 465-3815. Any organization that would like to set up an information booth can also contact Stormer.
