Connecticut takes steps toward giving preference to Veteran Owned Businesses

On Wednesday, the Senate unanimously voted in favor of legislation that gives a 15% preference to businesses in Connecticut owned by veterans and meet the small business requirement.  The bill, passing 35-0, will now head to the House.
